This heavy duty stainless steel cyclinder, Weston Brand (11) vertical sausage stuffer is equipped with two speeds. One for stuffing slow to avoid air from getting into the casings and a fast back speed for refilling the sausage stuffer cyclinder.

Comes with a nylon piston with an air exhaust valve which is designed to seal off tightly against the cyclinder (plunger) to keep meat from entering. It is spring loaded, so that the valve will close when in operation and re-open to release air. This feature drastically reduces any air pockets that could enter into the casing while stuffing. This vertical sausage stuffer is designed for someone with limited space.
